This job is supporting a **global leader in household appliances**, with over 165 years of history and a presence in more than 150 countries, **known for innovative products that make everyday life easier.**
- Join our Italian-speaking remote team and help change the way people pay_

**Your responsabilities**:

- **Solve problems**or escalate them when needed.
- **Use YouTube videos**and other tools to guide customers.
- **Give product info,** track orders, arrange repairs, and handle complaints.
- **Suggest other products**when relevant.

**Our expectations**:

- Proficiency in **Italian (min C2)**:

- **English** at minimum B2 level
- Excellent communication skills
- **You already live in mainland Portugal or are willing to relocate (we support you with travel and accommodation)**:

- Team-oriented mindset, self-motivation and enjoy interacting with people

**Main duties**:

- Possible start on **23.10**:

- **Work** **from** **HOME** anywhere in Portugal (except islands)
- **We provide the work equipment & send it to your home**:

- Working schedule time frames: Monday-Saturday: 07:00-18:00 (8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week) - Days Off: Sunday and 1 rotational day
- Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
- **Training provided at the start of employment**:

- Private health insurance from day 1

**Competetive Salary and bonuses**:

- **€1000 gross - base salary**:
