Supply Chain Lead

**Responsibilities**:

- Setup and manage operational team to support Supply Chain capabilities in Europe
- Implement and operate reliable inventory warehousing and fulfilment capabilities (B2B and B2C) at strategic external partners in Europe
- Ensure liaison with Amyris brands and their plans for Europe to ensure continuous Supply Chain support to growth
- Drive integration between Amyris ERP systems and external logistics partners
- Interface with Amyris manufacturing sites globally from where products will be shipped to Europe (on-going planning collaborations required)
- Interface with contract manufacturers when required for sourcing and production in Europe
- Establish and monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems
- Identify and manage continuous improvement opportunities
- Ensure finance alignment to priorities and budget

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years of general supply chain/logistics/production management experience with consumer brands (preferably within beauty & cosmetics) that operate B2B and B2C at global scale with multiple inventory locations covering different strategic geographies
- University degree in Management or Engineering (preference to Gestao e Engenharia Industrial)
- Demonstrated collaborator across multiple functions with comprehensive understanding of consumer brands, from product development concept to shelf, launch planning and serving multiple sales channels globally (B2B, marketplaces, B2C)
- Self-starter, able to work independently with limited supervision
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change of pace
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Collaborative teamwork, communication and data handling skills
- Ability to work with remote sites and internal/external partners
- Excellent attention to detail, yet flexible in approach Other Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- High degree of integrity
- Self-motivated and positive approach to problem solving in fast moving operation
- Ability to multi-task with flexibility in job assignments
- Ability to work within a virtual or cross functional team
- Limited domestic and/or international travel may be required
