**Your Role**
- Client Support: Assist SMB clients with advertising account setup, product use, and troubleshooting, ensuring the best experience for every customer.
- Product and Tool Support: Provide guidance on how to use self-service advertising products, helping customers optimize their online campaigns.
- Problem-Solving: Identify trends and resolve issues affecting multiple clients, providing valuable feedback and insights.
- Customer Experience Optimization: Share feedback and product insights with the client’s engineering department to improve the service.

**Requirements**:

- Communication Skills: Fluent in English and the supported market language, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-Oriented: Empathy and a customer-first attitude to resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and online advertising platforms.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve issues independently, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Shift Flexibility: Availability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
