Your mission at Webhelp As a Information Security Risk & Compliance Analyst, will ensure the level of compliance with Data protection regulations, internal policies and procedures as well as with Information Security industry best practices within ISO 27001:2013 and PCI-DSS standards. You will also be a key element to reinforce and improve an Information Security risk culture throughout Webhelp Portugal. What you will be doing at Webhelp As a Information Security Risk & Compliance Analyst, you will: - Perform Physical inspections on sites. - Participate in the projects set-up ensuring the security definitions meet client’s expectations without compromising data protection. - Perform Control Assurances, following an Internal audit approach, in order to ensure the company’s level of compliance, suggesting recommendations to address those issues. - Monitoring threats and vulnerabilities. - Support the business areas on assessing risks and the related controls, suggesting new controls where applicable. - Handle fraud investigations. - Provide Security Awareness and Training - Management of IS documentation on intranet. - Participate in the preparation of ISO 27001 audits, organising evidence and providing information to the auditors; follow-up of the actions defined to address the observations raised. - Create/review documentation such as procedures and technical documents and contribute to the ISMS improvement within the Group guidelines. We’ll be a great match if you: - Native or Proficient in English (C2) - Technical knowledge, with strong interest in data protection and information security area. - Client focus, both internal and external. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication skills. - Team-work oriented. - Cyber Security, Data Protection and Privacy law specialisation is a plus. - Knowledge of ISO 27001:2013 standard, preferable with experience. - Autonomous and able to ensure end to end delivery of projects. - Responsible, flexible, dynamic and resilient.
