We are looking for a **Strategy Consultant**to join our **Business Development** team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou

This person’s mission will be to challenge the organization and support the definition of its strategy with disruptive solutions, participating in key projects that can redesign the company’s future; mobilize the organization around the strategic direction, monitoring its execution, and managing the relationship with various stakeholders throughout the year.

- Development of diagnostics, business potential evaluation, and support in **defining strategic priorities**;
- Support in the development of **medium
- to long-term strategic and financial plans**;
- Coordination of the implementation process for **projects and strategic initiatives (PMO)**;
- Support for business units in preparing the **annual business review**.

- ** Professional experience in strategic consulting or within a central strategy team at a large company -** a practical and applicable understanding of large-scale operations that adds value in understanding complex corporate environments is essential.
- ** Experience in coordinating and executing complex projects with demanding delivery timelines -** a critical skill to ensure that strategic proposals and solutions are implemented within defined timelines, maintaining the required quality.
- ** In-depth knowledge of MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel -** essential tools for creating and presenting analyses and strategic reports in a visually appealing and understandable way.
- The ability to **think in a structured, conceptual, and analytical manner,** using quantitative analyses.
- ** Excellent written and verbal communication skills,** applied in document creation and productive engagement with people from different functions and hierarchies - vital to ensure that strategies and analyses are understood and executed effectively.
