**Technical Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, related to technical field, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 or 4 years of experience as first & second-line (L1 and L2 support) IT Production Support for a business within a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Experience in providing effective communication to the business users and other IT teams
- Experience in Wealth management or private banking
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and remote teams
- Extensive experience in analytical techniques
- Experience in Scrum methodology is a plus
- Fluent in English both verbal and written communication

- Detail oriented, analytical and excellent follow through
- Excellent work ethic, self-starter, autonomous
- Extensive experience in daily verbal and written communication with a diverse group of people: business users, IT teams, managers
