8:00 am - 4:30 pm
12:00 pm - 9:00 pm
3:30 pm - 12:00 am
11:59 pm - 8:00 am
**Saturday - Sunday**
8:00 am - 4:30 pm
11:00 am - 7:30 pm
3:30 pm - 12:00 am
11:59 pm - 8:00 am
**What you will do-**
**-Answering calls for a variety of different businesses and professionals**
**-Taking messages, screening new clients, booking appointments and transferring calls**
**-Understanding the caller’s needs and providing business information**
**-Being a part of a team and contributing to continued excellence**
**Qualifications**:
**-Have strong typing and multitasking skills**
**-Have the ability to work flexible hours in a quiet setting remotely**
**-Have above-average computer skills, including typing**
**-Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proper English grammar and spelling**
**-Call handling experience**
**System requirements**
**-Internet speed-Minimum 50 Mbps Download & Upload**
**-USB wired noise cancelling headset**
**-The processor needs to be 2.0 GHz or higher, cannot be a C+G type processor, Celeron processor or Chromebook**
**-Windows 8.1, 10 or 11 or Mac models that are 2017 or newer**
**-8GB or more of System Memory (RAM)**
**-A webcam for training and meetings**
