**What you will learn and contribute to**

The Atlassian products, such as JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Service Management, are largely utilized by R&D and across all organizations in Nokia, with large scale instances (25K+ users each) operated by IT, with multiple 3rd party apps utilized on Atlassian services and complex usage patterns.

With a continuous attention to technology trends and evolution of processes and tools, the IT Delivery organization delivers on the Nokia enterprise architecture and business strategy.

As part of our team, you:

- Evaluate marketplace apps. Define best practices, test cases, execute tests and issue final evaluation report. Support end-user in usage of these Atlassian apps. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the entire Atlassian suite of products
- Have extensive experience with Groovy Scripting and developing of automations. Java coding skills and experience to develop apps of JIRA is a plus.
- Have a good knowledge of processes involved in the R&D landscape, in particular in the domain of Agile planning, Agile at scale frameworks (for instance, SAFe, LeSS, etc), and other processes like Requirement Management, Test Management, etc.
- Have hands on knowledge on deploying at large scale products/platforms, and in particular Atlassian products, on public cloud technologies (for instance, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Have experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools, to analyse issues, identify usage patterns, detect inefficiencies, performance and stability threats to the services - and drive proposals for architecture improvements and effective usage of Atlassian products.
- Partner across tech and engineering teams on all things architecture, design, problem solving, and mentorship that ensures not only successful solution delivery, but operational excellence in production.
- Exhibit a relentless focus on our customer’s needs and success.

**Your skills and experience**
- Master’s or five-year degree in Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent discipline.
- Five years or more in R&D domain, including strong exposure to the R&D technical environment, processes & tools
- Java,Python,JavaScript,Groovy
- Experience with Cloud computing architecture - Azure, AWS, GCP and related IaaS/PaaS/SaaS services is preferred
- Deep knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies and software development agile at scale (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS,...).
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline : Atlassian, GITlab/Gerrit, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, Selenium, ELK
- Atlassian certifications as JIRA System Admin or JIRA / Confluence Admin is preferred.
- Certified SAFe® Architect or SAFe® PO/PM is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build a strong level of partnership at all levels of the organization. Highly collaborative, able to drive large diverse teams across the world through influence and collaboration.
