ABOUT THE ROLE:
- We are searching for a self-motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Whether youre a digital addict, customer oriented, or passionate about marketing and sales, wed really like to hear from you
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Set up in-house digital communication planning and marketing strategy (product value proposition vs customers needs and perception).
- Define priorities and budget for each digital marketing channel and campaigns with a strong investment vs return orientation.
- Be capable of executing the strategy and actions planned under the deadlines defined.
- Ensure Host Wise and its clients are always at the forefront of new trends, updates, and market realities.
- Analyses market data and business trends; effectively applies them to marketing, communications, and IQVIA strategies.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 5 + years experience managing digital marketing campaigns across different channels with clear - performance metrics.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong in structured and logical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated strength in digital optimisation on websites, mobiles devices, and digital marketing vehicles.
- Proven ability to collaborate broadly with a flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results.
- Ability to communicate the brand and business proposal to targeted customers.
- Fluent English and Portuguese - Verbal and written.
- Passion for tourism and real estate investment.
