**A Fed Finance, empresa especializada em Recrutamento Temporário e Permanente na área da Contabilidade e Finanças empresariais, encontra-se a recrutar um Accounts Receivable (F/M) para uma Multinacional baseada em Algés, com fluência obrigatória em Ingês ou Francês. Oferecemos: - Salário: 1.200€ brutos/mês; (max) - Subsídio Refeição: 9,60 €/dia - Contrato temporário de 7 a 9 meses;
- Regime de trabalho híbrido após o primeiro mês (2 dias em casa);
- Horário de Trabalho: 08:30h - 17:30h, de 2ª a 6ª, - Carga horária: 40 horas / semana, - Local de trabalho presencial: Oeiras**
**A SUA POSIÇÃO**:
Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager:
- Assign, register and control accounting operations;
- Carry out the accounting follow-up of operations, respecting the legislation, rules, internal procedures;
- Maintain precise day to day allocation on the ERP - SAP;
- Identify deviations and irregularities.
- Ensure good operational relationships;
- Analyze and justify Customer Statements of Accounts and Balances;
- Generate and deliver activity reports (closing reports) and internal departments;
- Participate in the follow up of customers indicators.
**O SEU PERFIL**:
- Studies on Finance / Economics / Accounting / Management /Audit, (preferably High-Level Education) ;
- Experience proven on AR or similar job position (AP, GL, Treasury), minimum 2 years;
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite with focus on Excel;
- Language: English OR French fluent (Minimum: B2)
- Experience proven on SAP or other similar ERP systems
- Detail oriented;
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
