Senior Commerce Consultant required to join our Business Services team to work with some large well-known brands and retailers. As we support our clients through growth and digital transformation we require Senior Consultants with client-side Commerce experience to join our growing team.

- Improving Ways of working for the Trading team of an Omnichannel retailer
- Developing an EMEA eCommerce strategy for a global healthcare organisation
- Organisation design for a leading hospitality business in the UK
- Coaching the team of an omnichannel retailer on how to turn their data into actionable insight
- Shaping an omnichannel strategy for a well known fast-food chain brand (and much more)

**Responsibilities**:

- You will support our existing and future Clients with consultancy services - concentrating (albeit not exclusively) on digital change and organisational structure.
- Have in depth experience of Client-side eCommerce operations and change strategies
- Strategically lead the development of consultancy team proposition around the two key areas of structured digital change and organizational structure and design.
- Create frameworks and approaches to key consultancy offerings to give structure and confidence to our customer.
- Bring together CX, data and tech services to run joined up consultancy engagements for brands and retailers
- You will bring new ways of working, innovative ideas and experiences to our teams and be passionate about making the difference both in the short term but also embedding these into the longer term culture of our Business
- You will help grow your client’s business by helping them develop their customer proposition
