In short: - Smart and resourceful; - an active person who really enjoys "running around": field work; - someone who enjoys interacting with customers, even difficult ones; Job description What will you be doing? - You will maintain the good mood of the clients while accompanying them; - You will hand over and collect the rental cars from the clients; - You will sell additional services and charge for them; - You will carefully complete the rental contract, handover the car and completpick-up report; - You will check the condition of the car on handover and return (identify any damage); - You will record the damages and collect the corresponding amount from the customers; - You will ensure an IMPECABLE CUSTOMER CARE. WORKING SCHEDULE: Work is from Monday to Sunday and the hours are divided into shifts of 8 or 10 Hours ( in this scenario 4 days work 2 off). You have the possibility to choose.
