**THE ROLE**

As a Fleet Analyst, in the area of Insurance & Claims you will work in close cooperation with Field Ops, Logistics, Customer Excellence and Fleet Strategy departments, working in our Lisbon HQ.

You will ensure a fast response system for all Insurance & Claims topics related to our fleet of campervans. Close collaboration with key stakeholders and alignment with other peers are key to succeeding in this role.

You will need to define and follow-up key performance indicators and report on relevant areas of the Business Unit, including the key aspects of downtime, total costs of reconditioning and van-functionality.

This position will also be responsible for managing Insurance & Claims projects across specific European locations, to drive automation, cost optimization and efficiency.

**WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?**
- Evaluate quotes to ensure costs are within agreed parameters.
- Approve/renegotiate variances.
- Monitor and follow up on work exceeding estimated completion dates.
- Engage with vendors to ensure compliance to agreed timeframes and quality standards.
- Support depots with technical solutions.
- Provide accurate and concise reporting.
- Enforce quality standards.
- Ensure work completion within agreed timeframes.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- A Degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Industrial Engineering or Business.
- Relevant working experience in the Fleet Industry (rent-a-car, fleet management / leasing company, or auto workshop experience) is a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High levels of organization, planning, and adaptability.
- Good communication skills.
- Full English proficiency (German and/or French are highly desirable, other languages are a plus).
