Arco Bar, a stylish and highly-rated cocktail bar in the heart of Chiado, is looking for an experienced and motivated **Head Bartender** to lead our bar team and help us take our service to the next level.

**What we’re looking for**:
Solid experience in bartending, with leadership or head bartender background
Strong knowledge of mixology, bar operations, and team coordination
Fluent in English (Portuguese is a strong plus)
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
Availability for evening shifts (5 PM - 1 AM)

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Leading and training the bar team
- Ensuring consistency in service and drink quality
- Collaborating on menu creation and inventory management
- Supporting the General Manager in daily operations
