We are seeking a **Data Solution Architect** to drive data initiatives.

In this key role, you will define data architecture strategies and solutions for our enterprise data warehouse. You will collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure robust and efficient data systems. If you're ready to make a difference in the field of data, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to define and document data architecture needs
- Design comprehensive solutions for the enterprise data warehouse, integrating data from insurance and reinsurance systems
- Create Source to Target mappings optimized for high-volume data integration
- Develop logical and physical data models on Microsoft SQL Server platforms
- Work with development teams to ensure accurate mapping translation into code
- Build strategies for data collection and validation using SQL-based solutions
- Analyze and design enterprise data models for reporting and support reporting teams in utilizing the data warehouse effectively
- Support release planning and validate system changes post-deployment

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in software development
- 5 years of experience in data architecture and design within development teams
- Expertise in data warehousing, ETL and business intelligence architectures
- Competency in creating and optimizing semantic layer reporting views
- Familiarity with relational database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server
- A degree in Computer Information Science, Information Management or Statistics
- Proficiency in interpersonal communication, both written and verbal
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities
- Fluent English communication at a B2+ level

**Nice to have**
- Skills in Cloud Technologies such as AWS, Azure or GCP
