YOUR ROLE AT CLUSTER
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the hero our clients need. Join our dynamic team to:
- Provide exceptional customer service across the **German OR the Dutch market**.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with customers via various channels.
- Transform customer concerns into smiles, aiming for continuous satisfaction.
- Be the go-to person for processing requests, tickets, and orders.
- Maintain a respectful and solution-oriented approach in all communications.

- Thrive in delivering results independently and adapt in ad-hoc situations.
- Are ambitious, value collaboration, and love sharing experiences.
- Demonstrate reliability, trustworthiness, and hold a high-school diploma or higher.
- Boast over 2 years of Customer Service experience.
- Speak your desired language at a C2 level or fluently.
- Have a B2 level of English to ensure seamless communication.
