**Product Manager (100%)**
**Your responsibilities**:
- Creating the necessary product documentation (Specifications, Safety Data Sheet, Technical Data Sheet) and maintaining product-related data in our digital systems
- Comparing technical performance of competitor products with our offering
- Coordinating multi-sourcing raw material strategy and performing technical vendor validation
- Ensuring correct implementation of new testing methods by writing new Work Instructions based on the work of Innovation and informing the Local Testing Lead
- Supporting RDM transfer of new products by aligning with Project Owner R-Phase, Project Owner D-Phase and Project Owner M-Phase
- Managing and prioritizing open testing activities and controlling costs incurred by Salesforce related to global testing activities
**You are**:
- Experienced in working as a product manager with cross-functional teams and products across the globe
- A pragmatic problem solver who sees opportunities where other people see problems, who is risk intelligent and a positive thinker
- A self-motivated individual who is able to work independently and under pressure
**You bring**:
- A Master’s Degree or higher in economics, engineering, chemistry or comparable; MBA is a welcome addition
- Proven experience and track record as a product manager, ideally in the same industry
- Excellent documentation skills along with in-depth knowledge of product strategy, creating detailed reports and presentations to key stakeholders
- Excellent planning, organizational and time-management skills
- Full English professional proficiency and excellent verbal and written communication skills
