YOUR NEW COMPANY
A global industrial group that operates across the electronics sector is looking to recruit a Global Procurement Manager.
YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting to the Global Procurement Director, you will be the expert in the field of Electronics sourcing at a global level and lead global procurement strategy development in line with procurement best practices as well managing the full end to end strategic procurement for a variety of key electronic commodities including but not limited to Sensors, LEDs and Circuit Boards. You will not only be responsible to coordinate the purchasing strategy for the plant unit based in Portugal, but also for other international plants within the group. You will be also expected to travel regularly in order to visit other plants and international suppliers.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
You must have relevant experience as an industrial purchaser with a global scope and good understanding of the electronics market. You must also be fluent in English and German would be a major plus.
