_**Experienced Waiter / Waitress**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely opening, readiness, and tidiness of the service area.
- Warmly meet and greet customers with a smile and positive engagement.
- Prepare and serve coffees, cocktails, and other beverages.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Clear and clean tables promptly, maintaining a pleasant dining environment.
- Serve ice cream and manage the ice cream window with attention and care.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness across all service areas at all times.
- Register sales and issue faturas (invoices/receipts) accurately.
- Assist in tracking stock and groceries, reporting shortages when needed.
- Follow up with suppliers and support daily operations.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high service standards.
- Demonstrate loyalty, honesty, and a strong work ethic.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in hospitality or similar roles.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and issuing invoices.
- Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Assegurar a abertura atempada, a preparação e a arrumação do espaço.
- Receber e cumprimentar os clientes com simpatia e boa disposição.
- Preparar e servir cafés, cocktails e outras bebidas.
- Servir alimentos e bebidas de forma eficiente e profissional.
- Levantar e limpar as mesas, mantendo o ambiente agradável.
- Servir gelados e gerir a janela/balcão de gelados com atenção e cuidado.
- Manter a higiene e limpeza em todas as áreas de serviço.
- Registar vendas e emitir faturas corretamente.
- Ajudar no controlo de stock e de compras, comunicando necessidades.
- Acompanhar fornecedores e apoiar nas operações diárias.
- Ser multifuncional e manter elevados padrões de serviço.
- Demonstrar lealdade, honestidade e dedicação ao trabalho.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência comprovada em restauração ou funções semelhantes.
- Excelente atendimento ao cliente e boas capacidades de comunicação.
- Capacidade de multitarefa em ambientes dinâmicos.
- Conhecimentos básicos de sistemas POS e emissão de faturas.
- Pessoa responsável, pontual e com espírito de equipa.
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar fins de semana e feriados.
