**Preparation of purchasing projects** - Accompany purchasing assistants with internal suppliers throughout the purchasing process. - Participate in gathering requirements, preparing specifications for suppliers, choosing sourcing tools (supplier search and selection). - Prepare the negotiation phase for the team: document the suppliers' processes, note down the elements of argumentation or vigilance. - Writing the minutes of team meetings, optimizing purchasing calendars. **Participation in commercial relations with suppliers** - Participation in sourcing: launching inquiries, requesting detailed and quantified quotations (RFQ), exploring and comparing offers in liaison with buyers. - Processing and entering prices: checking their consistency, updating contractual conditions. - Providing support to certain suppliers, detecting incident risks. **Administrative management of orders** - Checking supply parameters (level of stocks before ordering, delivery times and conformity in terms of quality and volume) and logistics (costs and nature of transport). - Issue purchase orders, check their signature in terms of deadlines. - Manage and control receipt and dispatch notes, invoices and payments. **Producing reports and inputting files** - Produce and update reports and activity dashboards. - Maintain the internal database dedicated to transactions, suppliers, subcontractors, service providers, and products. - Perform analysis of purchases, classify them by family, and update them. - Prepare statistics to prepare procurement assistants' analyses on procurement performance. **Complementary Activities**: - Assess purchasing needs for particular products. - Conduct market studies for a product category. - Research, analyze and formalize market and competition data and developments (products, suppliers, customers, prospects). **Required Degrees** - Bac + 2/3 level education - BTS - BUT - professional degree in purchasing and/or logistics (supply chain), negotiation, international trade, management, economics, technical sales, etc. Length of experience : A minimum of 2 years' experience is required.
