**YOUR ROLE**:
**We are looking for motivated developers with experience as a Business Analyst and Tester to join our teams in Lisbon.**

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- **Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications.**:

- **Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.**:

- **Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements.**:

- **Document detailed functional requirements, including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.**:

- **Provide support during development and testing.**

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- **Requirements analysis skills**:

- **Ability to write functional tests**:

- **Work experience in scrum methodology**:

- **At least 4 years of experience**:

- **Analysts with technical skills are preferred**:

- **Experience in documenting detailed functional requirements.**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**
