**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

As a key member of the Global Meetings Management team, you’ll drive the strategy, development, and execution of Amgen’s EMS platform.

Your responsibilities include:

- Lead & Optimise Technology - Manage and enhance meeting technology platforms to improve efficiency and experiences.
- Leverage Data & Analytics - Use insights to optimise budgets, spending, and strategic planning.
- Streamline Workflows - Integrate meeting systems for seamless operations and collaboration.
- Collaborate Across Teams - Partner with HR, Finance, R&D, Compliance, and vendors to align strategies.
- Scale Global Solutions - Refine processes for cost efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Monitor & Improve Performance - Track key metrics via dashboards to drive continuous enhancements.
- Innovate & Automate - Implement automation solutions to boost efficiency and cut costs.

- Practical experience with EMS and automation tools, as well as API integrations, SaaS platforms, and PLM and ALM.
- Knowledge of REST & MuleSoft and permission-based access control systems
- Strong data & analytics skills, reporting and dashboards tools, with the ability to translate metrics to strategic insights
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working cross functionally with business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes. Bridging the gap between technology and operations.
- Solid grasp of Agile practices, including Sprint and Kanban.
- Proficient in enterprise-grade event tech platforms
- A background working within regulated industries would be preferred.
