**Job Description: Marketing Manager**

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the marketing efforts for our Telecom Solutions. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on promoting our Telecom Products, which enables seamless communication and collaboration across teams using instant voice messaging.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan for our Telecom Solution, considering the target audience, competitive landscape, and market trends.

3. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, providing them with the necessary marketing materials and support.

4. Conduct market research to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and utilize these findings to refine product messaging and positioning.

5. Manage and optimize our online presence, including the company website, landing pages, and social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management and customer support, to gather product information and customer feedback, which will be used to develop marketing collateral and improve product offerings.

7. Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to Telecom products, and incorporate relevant insights into marketing strategies.

9. Organize and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our Telecom products and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

2. Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles, including lead generation, conversion optimization, and customer lifecycle management.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content for various marketing channels.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and track marketing performance.

6. Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

7. Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and web analytics platforms.

8. Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for driving results and achieving targets.

9. Team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
