We are recruiting for a leading fashion retail platform that is looking for a German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Portugal.
**What you will be doing**:
- Provide information and support with regards to products and services and other related inquiries
- Be the face of the company to our customers and partners alike.
**Who you are**:
- Native/fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in customer service in a fashion environment
- Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills - experience with written communication
- Good active listening skills
- Computer savvy and proficient in the use of IT systems (customer service specific and Windows packages)
- Knowledgeable about fashion/fashion brands
- Articulate with a passionate mind-set
- Able to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
