What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. **About the project**: Provide services for customers of PVH, an American clothing company which owns brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Warner's, Olga and True & Co. The company also licenses brands such as Kenneth Cole New York and Michael Kors. **Your tasks**: - Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions; - Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns; - Provide information about digital products; - Rerouting of issues to other departments. **Requirements**: - German level (at least C1 level) - Communicative level of English language (at least B2 level) - You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively **What you will gain**: - Full time contract - Salary without accommodation: 1507 euros gross / month - Salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1125 euros gross / month - Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer - The first contract for 6 months, with the possibility of signing a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one). **IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD - relocation package**: - Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal; - Refund of the flight expenses after 9 months after the 1st day of hiring; - Accommodation in the city - discounted from the salary - Integration activities: Portuguese lessons, sports and other opportunities for integration Note: EU citizenship or full working rights are required - Are you ready to embark on a new journey in your career?_ ?PORhd< Pay: 1,125.00€ - 1,500.00€ per month Application Question(s): - When you can start working? **Language**: - German (required) - English (required)
