**Tasks with Impact**
- Proactive, personalized, and multi-client service.
- Active customer engagement and detailed advice using our beauty rituals, aligned with the company’s service standards, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identifying and recommending the right products based on customer needs (active listening).
- Creating amazing shopping experiences, exceeding customer expectations through a passion for service and advice.
- Inspiring customers.
- Active collaboration in store events and commercial challenges.
- Actively promoting our campaigns.
- Shelf organization/cleaning, working at checkout, and merchandising.
- Handling exchanges and processing customer complaints.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Mandatory sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Experience in the perfumery and cosmetics retail sector is preferred.
- Training in cosmetics/makeup is an advantage.
- Service-oriented approach.
- Passion for customer interaction.
- Confidence and strong communication skills when dealing with customers.
- Friendly, approachable, and dynamic personality.
- Team player with flexibility, resilience under pressure, and ability to handle peak workloads.
- Alignment with our #FORWARDBEAUTY strategy: striving for and embracing daily progress.
- Passion for the world of beauty and its products, with the ability to offer unique shopping experiences every day.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Strong adaptability and agility.
- English proficiency (especially in customer service) or another language is an asset.
- Availability to work shifts, including evenings.
- For non-EU citizens, valid documentation to work in Portugal is required, specifically a Residence Permit.
