Commercial Process Manager for IT Environment

Your tasks
In your role as Commercial Process Manager you will act as a interface between IT Department, Controlling, Purchasing and Accounting. You will accompany the entire procurement process of IT Service and devices from budget planning to payment.
- Prepare electronical Capital Requests for IT
- Create shopping carts for Hardware, Software, Cloud, Consulting, Licences, Network
- Support the invoicing process
- Steering the procurement process
- Track expiring contract/Purchase Orders
- Intensive communication with IT colleagues, Controlling, Purchasing, Accounting
- Advice colleagues in commercial topics
- Support colleagues with Tool access
- Ensure compliance with the Continental Guidelines
- Support of various commercial processes and projects
**Profile**:
Do you enjoy working in a multinational, cross-functional and diverse environment with a strong team spirit?
- Professional Commercial education or bachelor degree
- Interested in IT Technologies
- Excel (advanced)
- Experience with ERP system/ CEOS+
- Customer Focus
- Quick comprehension
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good English language skills (spoken and written)
- German would be a plus
- Self-motivated, structured and result-oriented
