Quality Project Manager

We are now looking for a Quality Project Manager to onboard our GBS in Lisbon.

**Responsibilities - Your Mission**
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of complex projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Establish and maintain project management processes and standards, including reporting, risk management, and change control.
- Monitor project budgets, forecast costs, and ensure financial objectives are achieved.
- Develop precise and impactful presentations using G Suite for stakeholder meetings, board meetings, and client presentations.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation, problem-solving, and team building.
- Manage project documentation, prepare reports, and conduct comprehensive post-meeting reviews.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to achieve project goals and leverage synergies.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals and expectations.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report regularly on project status to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management within the aerospace industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Experience working in a matrix organization and managing cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of aerospace regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- High problem-solving skills and quick comprehension will help you in our environment.
- Business fluent English (German desirable).
- Experience in MS Office and G Suite.
- Willingness to travel.
