HR Client Experience Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a **HR|Client eXperience Specialist **position. We are looking for professionals with experience in **Human Resources **, preferably with knowledge of configuration and support of talent management tools, who want to work in the Consulting area.

**Job Description: HR|Client eXperience Specialist**
- Support in the administration of Training Management System (LMS) - Cornerstone
- Consulting, advisory and customer support
- Functional analysis
- Requirements survey
- Project follow-up (from its consulting genesis to the final implementation moment)
- Customer support
- User training
- Support in change management related to new projects and functionalities

**Profile**
- Academic background in Human Resources or similar
- Proven know-how in Human Resources
- Preferably knowledge in Cornerstone or other LMS (Success Factors, Talentia, Taleo, etc.)
- Cornerstone Certification
- Experience in similar projects
- Knowledge of Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work individually and as a team
- Rigor and sense of responsibility
- Dynamism and autonomy
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
