**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Complete due diligence on, and assist with integration of third parties with the assistance of Alviere’s technical team
- Compile reports used for presentation both internally and for external parties
- Assess risk using rules and methodology based parameters
- Organize organize ongoing due diligence documentation on a scheduled basis
- Assist with investigations into various risks facing Alviere’s business
- Assist with tasks necessary to comply with Alviere’s Third-Party Risk Management Policies.

**A successful Third party Risk Analyst will have the following**:

- Experience working in a compliance or third-party risk management capacity at a financial institution or a similar function such as IT help desk, audit (internal or external) or similar roles
- Technical understanding of API’s and IT systems, SOC and/or ISO 27001/27002 reports
- Experience producing reports presentations and diagrams
- Knowledge of payment & transaction processing operations
- Capability to write and update policies and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Education**:
Bachelor's or Associate level degree in Accounting or systems related field. Relevant experience and professional certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
