To support our growing Team and multiple subsidiaries globally, we’re looking for a **Renewal Specialist** that will be responsible for driving renewals within the EMEA region for customers that are using our Hospitality IT solutions. Your primary task will be closing new agreement so that customers continue their existing relationship with Shiji. You will do that by using your excellent interpersonal skills, in which you will build relationships with our customer base to ensure that the company KPIs related to renewal will be met. Having a close cooperation with our Sales, Customer Success team, Support, Product Management and Legal is necessary to ensure that any obstacles preventing contract renewal will be identified and addressed on time.

**Job Description**:

- Build relationships with customer executives and stakeholders to understand objectives and accelerate their path to value by identifying additional service, training and/or support needs;
- Leverage customer data and behavior to assess the health of each renewal;
- Maintain and update a rolling forecast of your territory and communicate any renewal risk to internal resources to develop resolution strategies;
- Collaborate with internal resources such as sales, customer success, legal, support and product management to develop strategies for upcoming renewals;
- Managing disputes related to contract management;
- Driving increase of renewal value by improving company renewals KPIs;
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Required previous work experience at least 3 years in Renewal Management and/or Account Management and/or Sales/Customer Success;
- Fluency in English and either Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, or German as additional language;
- Detail orientation and sense accuracy;
- Strong level of urgency, organization, and prioritization skills;
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication and people skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Proficiency in ZoHo, Jira, or equivalent project management software;
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, and procedures;
- Affinity for (Hospitality) IT technology;
- Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment;
- Be professional, have a positive “get it done” attitude and a strong work ethic;
- Ability to travel within EMEA region.
