**Job Title**: Manager, Technical Account Management

**Location**: Lisbon, Portugal
**Salary**: €70,000 - €80,000 annually

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated **Manager, Technical Account Management** to lead and scale our Technical Account Management team in Lisbon. This role requires a strategic leader with strong technical expertise and exceptional client-facing skills to ensure our customers achieve maximum value from our solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Account Managers, ensuring high performance and career growth.
- Oversee the successful onboarding, adoption, and retention of key customer accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, providing technical guidance and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Manage projects, resolve escalations, and ensure timely delivery of client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Build and implement processes to improve the client experience and team efficiency.

**Must-Have Qualifications**
- **2+ years of people leadership experience**, with proven success managing teams.
- **Strong grasp of web technologies** (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- **Client-facing experience** in a technical or strategic role.
- **Proven project management experience**, including handling complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications**
- Experience managing **European accounts**.
- Experience **building teams from scratch**.
- Previous experience in a **SaaS organization**.
