Leasing Agency Consultant
**Job Description Summary**

**Role Purpose**:
We are looking for a consultant to join our Office Leasing Agency team in Porto. This role is crucial to our success and provides the opportunity to work in the commercial real estate market across Porto and Northern Portugal. The consultant will deliver office agency services and gain valuable experience by also supporting the industrial, logistics, and retail teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Holding owners and occupiers meetings
- Carrying out commercial visits to the premises in the portfolio
- Negotiation of lease and sales transactions, renegotiation of existing leases
- Presenting the various services that Cushman & Wakefield can offer to new leads and existing clients
- Collaborating with the rest of the team at national and international levels
- Collaborating with the rest of the business lines at a national level
- Helping update internal databases and CRM with collected data
- Attending weekly follow-up meetings to achieve set objectives

**Knowledge & Experience**:

- Passion for the real estate sector and a strong ambition to build a career in the industry
- Experience of at least two years in commercial positions in the Real Estate Sector
- Good academic background
- Good level of English. Knowledge of other languages is valued
- Proactive and results-driven
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build interpersonal relationships
- High sense of responsibility, autonomy, and resilience
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Geographical mobility and availability to travel
- Proficient use of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Driver’s license and residence in the Greater Porto area
- Desirable knowledge of EGO Software
