Customer Success Operator (Junior)

At Portucasa, we specialize in high-quality holiday rentals in the Algarve. Our mission is to deliver excellent service to both homeowners and guests. We are now looking for a Customer Success Operator (junior level) who can support our Sales Manager, nurture customer relationships, assist guests from booking to check-out, and help us improve our processes and systems.
Your Role
- Handle the complete booking process, from reservations to check-out and review
- Provide excellent support to guests before, during, and after their stay
- Act as a key contact for homeowners, building strong and lasting relationships
- Update the company website and booking system
- Assist with financial reporting, invoicing, and other administrative tasks
- Support the Sales Manager in daily operations and portfolio growth
- Help streamline internal processes to ensure smooth operations

Your Profile
**We are looking for someone who is**:

- Strong in communication, both written and verbal
- Service-oriented, with a natural hospitality mindset
- Problem solver with a practical, solution-driven approach
- Confident working with basic financial administration and reporting
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written); Dutch or German is an advantage
- A junior profile, eager to learn and grow with the company
- In possession of a valid driver’s license
- Based in or willing to work in Albufeira, with hybrid work options available
