We’re Tech Mahindra, a multinational Technology Company with 30 years of experience and with more than 141.000 associate providing Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing Services.

We are looking for a Writers to rewrite and improve AI generated responses. The associate will work closely with Machine learning, providing the critical data they need to improve Virtual assistant's language understanding capabilities.

**Role / Responsibilities/ Writing Task**:

- Identifying and making sense of language patterns
- Rewrite and improve AI generated responses, adhering to the following safety categories (sensitive
content e.g., sexual content, violent crime, drugs or alcohol and others)
- To recognize the patterns and the meaning from composition of words of assigned language
- Able to use the specific writing guidelines for factuality, style, and formatting.
- Synthesizing information to perform the task and to incorporate editorial review when applicable.
- Ensure adherence to QA framework and participate in the QA process when applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Background degree (in Journalism, Communications, Teaching, or a related field preferred)
- High proficiency in the given Language (Writing and Speaking)
- Experience/ or being comfortable working on sensitive/objectionable content
- Writing experience in the fields of tech writing, copywriting, journalism, editorial, support, UX writing,
linguistics, editors, English teachers, content moderator or expert AI teachers.
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (preferential)

- Availability to join as soon as possible

**Conditions**:

- Base salary above average x 14months
- Meal allowance and health Insurance
- Work shift Monday to Friday (Business hours)
- Work From Office(Oeiras - Quinta da Fonte)
- Transport allowance/Shuttle
