**Job Description Summary**
Responsible for the management of a portfolio of retail properties (Retail Parks / Supermarkets) and fulfilling the manager’s obligations under the terms of the properties’ management agreements.
**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**:
- Oversee property operations in line with C&W and owner policies.
- Act as the primary representative, managing external relations.
- Ensure tenant and consumer satisfaction.
- Act as pivot within a team to coordinate technical, administrative, financial, marketing, and commercial goals
- Lead negotiations with tenants, support in case of suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to tenant manuals and operational rules.
- Contribute to property value appreciation.
- Prepare annual business plans and regular reports for the owner.
- Strive for full occupancy and an optimal tenant mix.
- Maximize collection rates, contractual guarantees, mall income, and sponsorships.
- Ensure adherence to promotion fund and condominium budgets.
- Develop and execute marketing plans.
**Key Competencies**:
- Proficient communication in Portuguese and English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.
- Effective time management.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Solid financial understanding.
**Education and Experience**:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or Economics.
- 3 years of experience in real estate property management or a related field are valued
- Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
- Proven ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate tasks.
- Experience in analyzing and negotiating commercial leases or contracts.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience working in sustainable property management is a plus, namely with BREEAM/LEED/WELL/FITWELL
**Work Environment**:
This job operates in a professional office environment in the greater Lisbon area. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, videoconference and phones. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.
