**Responsibilities**:

- Manage client’s customs consultants and customs brokers to ensure compliant, efficient, and cost-effective entry of goods. Establish and monitor service providers’ performance against clearly defined Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s)
- Conduct thorough audits of client's customs import declarations for multiple countries
- Conduct thorough audits of client's export declarations, especially for export-controlled shipments
- Audit monthly reports from distribution centers to ensure complete and correct data
- Maintain records of KPI scores for brokers and warehouse teams
- Prepare reports and presentations showing the results of audits
- Develop and maintain customized compliance programs and processes specific to client needs
- Assist in determining and implementing corrective actions where necessary
- Gather and provide detailed analysis and information which may financially impact sourcing decisions
- Identify cost savings opportunities from client data sources
- Continuously evaluate current processes and recommend relevant changes or improvements to increase efficiency/productivity

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or equivalent college degree
- Knowledge of international trade
- Relevant experience in an international environment
- Program and project management experience preferred
- Ability to formulate and present high-level presentations and conduct training
- Fluent English
- Issue resolution experience
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Data analysis skills
- Excellent customer service
- Pays attention to details
- Proactively takes initiative and seeks opportunities for process improvement
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated, independent
