**I. PURPOSE**
**II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Provide general administrative work order stationery, equipment and arrange further materials to support the Centre Management Team
- Maintenance of the team calendar, meeting room coordination and take over the travel planning for the centre management team in close collaboration with the Office Manager
- Development and execution of ROS Centre Information standards in close collaboration with the Office Manager, Marketing and Retail department
- Development and execution of Centre Information standards regarding tourism related promotions, events and action in close collaboration with Tourism Marketing
- Support the brand partner communication
(Centre News, Rankings etc.) and retail tracking with the team in consultation with the Retail Manager
- Support of centre marketing regarding promotions, events and further actions in close collaboration with the Marketing team
- Responsible for the daily Look&Feel of the Centre Information, that it is inviting, clean and structured
- Acceptance of orders for the centre management and brand partners
- Take measures to provide excellent on-site service regarding on-site logistic, appearance of the centre atmosphere and upcoming healthy & safety topics in consultation with the facility service provider
- Manage the centre information cash and run errands
- Collaboration with the neighbours MAR Shopping Algarve and IKEA Loulé
- Independent handling of administrative projects in consultation with the Office Manager
