**Your mission**:
As **Business Support Assistant**, you provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the team, enabling efficient and effective functioning of day-to-day operations. You play a crucial role in facilitating smooth communication, organizing resources, and managing tasks to ensure that business objectives are met and deadlines are achieved. By offering reliable assistance, maintaining accurate records, and proactively addressing challenges, you contribute to the overall success and productivity of the organization. Your mission is to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and uphold high standards of professionalism in all aspects of your work.

**Key responsabilities**:

- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems;
- Enter and update data in various databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently;
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity;
- Collect, compile and analyze data to support decision-making processes;
- Generate basic reports and summaries based on collected data;
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through regular audits and quality checks;
- Help develop and implement efficient office procedures and policies;
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth communication and workflow;
- Provide support to various departments as needed;
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders.

**Your profile**:

- Experience in administration service with 2+ years;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Ability in administrative support role;
- Able to gather information, organize, arrange and plan concrete business;
- Excellent problem solving skills;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges as they arise;
- Hybrid regime.
