So are we **The Work You'll Do**: The Product Owner is responsible for ensuring that market and product requirements are appropriately reflected and implemented in a finished product. Largely an inward-facing role, the Product Owner is the main liaison between product marketing, product management and the engineering team. The Product Owner is an expert on the functionality of a specific product; as such, often supports other groups such as sales engineering, implementation, and technical support/customer service. - More specifically, you will:_ - Main liaison between product management and the engineering team, understand the product strategy as defined by product management - Collect product requirements from key buyer audiences and end users - Coordinate the creation of product mockups and prototypes - Fulfills the "product owner role" principally responsible for prioritization and maintaining (or grooming) a backlog which maximizes outcomes aligned with the product strategy (roadmap) for one or multiple agile development teams - Write and present the product requirements document - Oversee and sign off on the functional spec - Oversee the product as it is being built by development/engineering - Communicate with stakeholders during the development of a product to keep them updated - Coordinate testing of a product, including user acceptance testing, alpha and beta programs - Collect, coordinate, and prioritize bug fixes **What We Need From You** - 4+ years in related field - Experience in B2B SaaS business analysis or product development preferred - Complete understanding of the ""Product Owner"" role - Ability to balance gut feel judgement and logical analysis.
