**Técnicas**
Para Solution Architect
- Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática ou similar (não obrigatório).
- Experiência de 4 anos de trabalho como Arquiteto de Soluções ou função similar.
- Será muito valorizado o conhecimento dos processos de negócio de Banca e Seguros.
- Conhecimento de um conjunto alargado de linguagens de codificação, tais como Java, JavaScript e C++, Go, SQL.
- Conhecimento como utilizador de ferramentas de desenvolvimento ágil (JIRA e Confluence).
- Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis (Scrum e Kanban).
- Boa compreensão da língua inglesa necessária, o espanhol é uma vantagem.
- Habilidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas.
**Para Arquitectura Técnica**
- Experiência em arquiteturas de front WEB.
- Experiência em arquiteturas Apps Nativas.
- Conhecimentos em arquitetura de microfronts.
- Conhecimentos em arquiteturas de APIs.
- Plataformas verticais (exemplos ou similares: Salesforce Service, Genesys, Bots, Chat).
- Conhecimentos gerais sobre plataformas de contacto a cliente.

- Autonomia e dinamismo.
- Capacidade de trabalho em equipa.
- Capacidade de liderança.
- Capacidade de análise e identificação de problemas.
- Capacidade rápida de adaptação.
- Responsabilidade no cumprimento de prazos.
