**The Makings of a **Quality Guardian**

We’re looking for a bright Quality Guardian to join our team. The Quality Guardian will possess magic powers of their own to ensure formal and external quality requirements are fulfilled without damaging agility. Their main strength is understanding and finding value in the legal certification requirements and embedding them into an agile mindset and practices. Agility and common sense are very much a part of everything they do.

The Quality Guardian also develops, maintains and optimizes the company’s quality system in a way that is useful for the DevOps teams. Given his exceptional overseeing and tactical skills, the QG is trained in many forms of auditing quality deliverables and excels at thinking quickly on his feet.

Here’s what you’ll be focused on:

- **
Manage Critical Techworks’ QMS and assure its maintenance, improvement and optimization;**
- **Head certification activities;**
- **Ensure compliance with external certification requirements;**
- Work with the DevOps teams to extract value from the formal quality requirements;
- Influence and assist DevOps teams and other areas of the company in aligning with and achieving corporate quality objectives;
- Become an enabler who simplifies processes rather than complicating them.
- Create a collaborative environment between all areas of the organization.
- Have a quality innovation mindset to pursue new ways of doing.

**Anything Else?**:
Apart from great technical skills, our environment is fast-paced and 100% agile and prioritizes teamwork, interaction and resilience. We’re organized into Scrum teams and projects typically consist of one or more teams sharing a common development, configuration management and continuous delivery environment.

This means our Quality Guardian should possess the following skills:

- Able to create solutions that are smart, simple, and relevant within the context of an agile organization.
- Extensive experience of agile methods, practices and tools.
- Strong enterprise agile coaching mindset.
- Knowledge of internal and formal quality audits.
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO9000, ISO27000, ASPICE, and TISAX series is a major plus.
- Experience of owning a software engineering quality system, including creating processes and templates, and overseeing or auditing the quality deliverables of product development as required.
- Must have excellent documentation skills and mastery of the English language.
