Chief Accountant

**Playrix is the largest gaming company in Europe. More than 100 million people play our games every month. We are looking for an experienced specialist to organize and lead our document management and business and tax accounting for the company in compliance with Portugal's legislation.**

**TASKS**:

- performing treasury functions (opening accounts, processing payments);
- organizing and managing documents, including HR documentation;
- preparing and submitting all tax and statistical reports and declarations;
- payroll (potentially for more than 30 employees);
- interacting with regulatory authorities;
- developing, organizing, and managing business and tax accounting for the company in compliance with the legislation of the Portugal;
- developing an accounting policy and other provisions for the company in compliance with the legislation of the Portugal;
- calculating taxes;
- developing a schedule for closing accounting periods, tax payments, etc;
- preparing and executing employment contracts;
- coordinating local audits;
- participating in compliance procedures within the group.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 2 years of work experience as a chief accountant in Portugal;
- fluency in Russian, English and Portugal is an asset;
- working knowledge of the 1C program;
- knowledge of accounting practices in the Portugal;
- knowledge of the tax legislation of the Portugal;
- basic knowledge of civil, commercial and labor law within Portugal.

**PREFERRED**:

- working knowledge of the 1C program;
- knowledge of HR records management and availability of international certificates.
