**Mission**

**Are you an experienced Windows Administrator looking to deepen your skills in system management and automation?**
Inetum is hiring a **Windows System Administrator (Mid-Level)** to join our infrastructure team and help manage the installation, performance, security, and stability of Windows-based systems.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Install, configure, maintain, and update **Windows Server operating systems** and system tools.
- Monitor system performance and ensure **availability and reliability** across environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve **hardware, software, and OS-level issues**, escalating when needed.
- Develop basic **automation scripts** using **PowerShell** or **Ansible** to reduce manual tasks.
- Support end-users and collaborate with other IT teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
- Maintain system documentation and contribute to process improvement efforts.

**Profile**
- 3-5 years of experience in **Windows system administration**.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge of **Windows Server** and related technologies:

- **Active Directory**:

- **Group Policy (GPO)**:

- **DNS**
- Understanding of **basic networking concepts** (e.g. DHCP, load balancing).
- Familiarity with **PowerShell scripting** and automation principles.
- Proactive attitude towards **problem-solving** and performance improvement.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Fluent in **English (B2-C1 level)**.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with **SolarWinds** or other monitoring platforms.
- Familiarity with **virtualization technologies** (e.g. VMware).
- Basic knowledge of **Azure environments**.
- Understanding of **ITIL practices** (incident/change management).
