Teams of IT and Banking Support Activities work in an integrated, inclusive and transversal way, supporting all the business lines and country platforms. **Job Description**: **Team presentation and main goal**: The US Purchasing team is responsible for 1LOD vendor management for the CIB Americas platform. Vendor Management includes the full lifecycle of a vendor, beginning from sourcing and onboarding and ending at processing of invoices and performance reviews. **Low and Medium Risk Vendor Onboarding and Refresh** - Perform new vendor onboards and periodic refresh for Low and Medium Risk vendors across multiple business lines in CIB AMER. - New Onboarding and Refresh includes: - Outreach to business owners to confirm use and reconfirm risk - Outreach to vendor contacts to provide refreshed documentation per CIB AMER vendor management policy - Quality control vendor documentation once received back from vendor - troubleshoot to ensure everything is completed correctly - Uploading documentation in CIB AMER VM tool - Following up/Confirming risk rating with business owners - troubleshooting when there are misunderstandings or delays. - Requesting review by various Subject Matter Experts (Compliance, Information Security, Business Continuity, Legal, and others) as required by the risk rating - Following up with various Subject Matter Experts to ensure reviews are completed promptly. - Pulling financial stability risk reports from the licensed tool, uploading into the VRM database. - Where required, escalating missing or inadequate vendor due diligence for risk acceptance. - Performing four eye checks (data quality reviews) on new onboard and refresh profiles completed by colleagues **Small Order Management (procurement < $50K)** - Order items per approved Purchase Order on various US vendor websites for delivery to the US, including IT equipment, Facilities equipment and logístical items, Subscriptions and individual Desktop Software. Vendors include large international companies like Staples, Amazon, Ebay, and IPREO as well as smaller, local companies. - Maintain corporate accounts on vendor websites for inventory management (example: Adobe) - Track and report on status and deliveries of said orders for various AMER stakeholders on a daily basis - Follow up and troubleshoot with vendors on any delays or back orders. - Where required, source more than one price for an item in order to obtain the best possible value for Natixis CIB AMER. **Qualifications**: - Knowledge of basic vendor management concepts - Customer Service experience - Knowledge of IT equipment/Facilities equipment - Experience with IT ticketing/service systems or IT helpdesk - Office tools (notably excel) - English must be fluent - French is a plus - Autonomy - Organization - Attention to Detail - Diplomacy Additional Information Early morning.
