**Position: Assistant FOM**
**This professional's main responsibility is to maintain and develop Vila Joya's brand image with the customer, ensuring their total satisfaction.**
**Main responsibilities**:

- Supervise the daily tasks of the front **office **and ensure good performance by front **office **employees**:

- Control and monitor the daily guest movements (Check-in and Check-out, F&B invoicing)**:

- Ensure good communication between the front office, guests and other departments**:

- Play the role of main contact for guests and other departments**

- Flexible, proactive, with a spirit of initiative and team working**

**Requirements**:

- Experience in coordinating teams**:

- Higher education in hotel management or similar**:

- Proven professional experience of at least 5 years in the role, preferably in 5-star hotels**:

- Proficiency in speaking and writing in Portuguese & English, basic German, Spanish is a plus**:

- Decision-making capacity, commercial aptitude, and great sense of responsibility**:

- Strong professional appetite for teamwork and goals**:

- High motivation to perform the function**:

- Good computer skills from the user's perspective.**
