**Your contribution to something big**:
During your internship, it is expected that you develop these tasks:

- Administrative support to Electric Solutions (ES) management team;
- Create purchase orders for the several teams;
- Execute and support travel requests for the ES teams (e.g., communication with travel agency, creation of travel requests, expenses, etc);
- Elaborate presentations in accordance with the needs of the different ES teams;
- Organize the schedule and follow-up the several tasks of the ES manager;
- Support the weekly meetings of the teams’ managers;
- Coordinate and support the onboarding of new associates (e.g., provide IT accesses, order materials, etc.);
- Support the follow-up of training execution on ES teams’ (reports, etc);
- Workshop preparation, organization and follow-up;
- Coordination of overarching Electric Solutions topics.

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- Academic background in Management, Administrative Services, Human Resources or similar;
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, ) and SAP is a plus;
- Willingness and ability to learn new processes;
- Attention to detail;
- Ownership and initiative to find solutions;
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset;
- Good interpersonal relations/cooperation;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Portuguese and fluent English.
