**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the finance team to maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Support external audits and oversee tax compliance and filings.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure financial accuracy and effective cost control.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations.
- Handle additional accounting tasks and projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Professional Accounting Qualification.
- 5-6 years of accounting experience.
- 2-3 years of leadership experience in a finance/accounting team.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good communication skills, **with fluency in English** (mandatory, this role is only English-based).
