LABIALFARMA is a leading Portuguese pharmaceutical company with a strong international footprint, committed to quality, compliance, and long-term partnerships. We are strengthening our International Commercial Department and are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across global markets.

**Position**: Business Development Manager - International Commercial Department (Remote, Portugal-based meetings)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, qualify, and develop new international business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Develop account plans and long-term relationships with international clients and partners.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D/Production) to ensure feasible, compliant, and competitive proposals.
- Represent LABIALFARMA at international trade fairs, conferences, and customer meetings when needed.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support commercial strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in international B2B business development/sales, ideally in pharma / CDMO / healthcare / nutraceuticals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a regulated environment (GMP mindset is a plus).
- Data-driven approach to pipeline management, KPIs, and CRM usage.
- Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
