With a customer-centric approach, you will join the Commercial business unit that offers a complete and integrated offering, which includes petroleum products, natural gas and electricity. In addition to these, it also offers convenience products and services and multi-energy proposals, such as charging points for electric vehicles or decentralized solar energy solutions.

**About your Future Team**

The B2B Marketing Internship at Galp will be instrumental in supporting the development and execution of targeted marketing and communication strategies within the company's Enterprise segment, in the Commercial Unit. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, with the ultimate goal of driving visibility for Galp's Enterprise solutions, enhancing customer engagement, and contributing to the achievement of strategic commercial objectives.

This role calls for a proactive, detailed, and results-oriented individual who is passionate about B2B marketing and recognizes the critical role of communication in building strong customer relationships and driving business growth.

**How will your day-to-day look alike**
- B2B Marketing Plan Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and communication initiatives that boost the visibility of Galp’s B2B products and services within the Enterprise segment.
- Event Participation: Support the execution of events and activations designed to strengthen Galp's presence and relevance in the B2B market.
- Content Creation: Develop communication materials to support commercial activities, such as brochures, presentations and digital contents, that effectively engage with B2B audiences.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication initiatives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success;
Benchmarking and Trends: Conduct benchmarking and market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and best practices in B2B marketing and communication. Bring innovative ideas and insights to the team to ensure Galp remains competitive and relevant;
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

**What makes you unique**
- Recent graduate in Management, Marketing or a related field, with foundational knowledge of business principles and marketing dynamics;
- Interest in and basic understanding of B2B marketing strategies, digital communication, and brand management practices;
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment;
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a flair for storytelling and crafting compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences;
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Proficient in using MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to create documents, analyze data, and deliver effective presentations;
- Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory; an intermediate level of Spanish is a plus.
